Trainer: Tues. Sept. 16. Sign up in the office by 10:00 AM Tues.

 

9-12 - Students interested in signing up for Student Council, there is a sign-up sheet in the office. The student council is the group that helps plan fun activities for our school. This includes Secret Santa for Christmas, Flowers for Valentine's Day, and the blood drive at the end of the year. Sign up to be part of the activities.

 

9-12 - Students interested in being on Homecoming Court, there is a sign-up sheet in the office. To be eligible for Homecoming Court, you have to be involved in a fall activity for at least 2 years. Activities include football, cross country, volleyball, the fall play, student council, FFA, FBLA, etc. 

 

9-12 - Window Painting and Home Team Door Decorating will be on Sunday, Sept. 21st, from 2:00-6:00. Class Officers, make sure you have a committee of student participants and supplies ready to go. Powder Puff Football games will be after that at 6:00 on the field. All purchases must be PRE-APPROVED by your grade level advisor.

 

Join FBLA on Wed. Sept. 24 for a fundraiser at Noodles and Company in Beaver Dam! 20% of all sales purchased from 4 pm to 8 pm will be donated to FBLA! Please consider supporting the FBLA Club!

Seniors - if you have your senior photos for the yearbook, please email them to sdh-yearbook@horicon.k12.wi.us. The senior photo deadline is Nov. 24th!

 

Juniors and Seniors:  If you are interested in participating in youth apprenticeship this year, there is still time to sign up.  Please see Mrs. DeZeeuw for more information.

 

Juniors and Seniors:  If you are interested in taking a Start College Now or Early College Credit class next semester, the deadline to apply is October 1.  Please see Mrs. DeZeeuw for more information.

 

Juniors:  If you plan to attend the Wisconsin Education Fair field trip on September 23, your permission slips AND online registration are due to Mrs. DeZeeuw by Wednesday.  Directions for online registration can be found in Mrs. DeZeeuw's Google Classroom.  You will not go if both of these are not complete.

 

High School Students:  An Air Force recruiter will be here during lunch today.

 

Juniors:  If you plan to take the PSAT, please see Mrs. DeZeeuw to sign up.  Space is limited.  Your $15 is due to Mrs. Deibert by Monday, Sept. 22.
