Title 1 Reading Teacher
Phone: 920-485-4423 ext 129
Greetings! Welcome to my website. I am excited to be joining this fine school district as a Title One Reading Teacher. I will be working with students in grades K-3.
This is my 17th year of being a teacher. I previously taught first grade before specializing in the area of reading. I received my Bachelor's Degree from Marian University in Fond du Lac, which certified me PreK-6. I received my Master's Degree from UW-Oshkosh. I am certified in reading K-12th grade and I am a certified reading specialist.
I love reading and look forward to instilling that love of reading in the students I work with on a daily basis. Reading is a lifelong skill and it is vital for students to be able to be strong readers in life.
Please check back often for reading tips/ideas, great reads, ways to encourage reading at home.
My door is open to all. Please contact me if you have any reading questions.

Going to the library is a great opportunity for you and your child to spend some quality time together. Our local library has a great book selection and wonderful activities for your child to be involved in throughout the month. Be sure to check out the calendar that comes home with your child.
When looking for "best fit" books for your child, it may be a bit challenging to find books at his/her level. Here is a website that you can use to find appropriate books for your child. All you have to do is go to this website, click on the level your child is reading at and a whole list of books will come up. If you are not sure of your child's reading level please ask me or your child's classroom teacher. The website is: www.home.comcast.net/~ngiansante.
Happy Book Hunting!!
