The Medications page will help you find information about sending prescription and over-the-counter medication to school with your child. That page also has printable forms.
Health Services in the schools supports and strengthens the educational process by preventing, modifying, or removing health-related barriers to learning in individual students and by promoting an optimal level of wellness for students and staff. There is a natural connection between HEALTH and EDUCATION.
